No hour-long keynotes. The day is built around two Decision Labs: a sharp voice opens each one, then the real work happens around the table, where peers push on what's actually working and what isn't. The conversations that only happen when the right people are in the room and no one's performing.
Closed-door sessions
Everything is off the record. What's said in the room stays in the room, under the Chatham House Rule, so people can speak about what's actually happening, not the sanitized version.
Peer-led conversation
The room drives the discussion. Fewer presentations, more exchange; the value is in what your peers are willing to say when they're not on a stage.

How this started
It started at a table, not a boardroom.
This summit came out of a single table at a leadership retreat, where a handful of security leaders found themselves in the one conversation the rest of the industry doesn't make room for: plain, unguarded, peer to peer. By the end of it, the same thought had gone around the table: this should exist on purpose. So we built it.
The room is the reason to come.
There's no headliner to draw you here. The value is the people in the chairs beside you: a deliberately small group of security leaders who've earned the right to speak plainly and want a room where they can.
From senior security managers to CISOs: the people making the calls, not the ones pitching to them. Every seat is reviewed, so the room stays peer-level, end to end.
Emerging Leader table
One table is set aside for emerging leaders: a small, invited group early in their security careers, seated to learn from the room. It's the one kind of mentorship this room can offer, not a program, just proximity to people who've done the job.
